Enlightenment:
I am in my second year of college this year. I started dealing with computers around ten years ago, with a Toshiba notebook given by my aunt, which opened the door to a new world for me. And I was quite playful, and very early on I got involved with some resource-sharing sites (similar to Xiaodao) which kicked off my journey to building websites. My first webpage was a navigation site, which I still remember clearly. It was a tutorial posted on Xiaodao Entertainment's site, and I found it fun. Following it, I created a navigation site. At that time I didn't have a domain or hosting, so I found a free hosting space to play, edited the HTML files per the tutorial, and the webpage would change, which excited me a lot, as if every operation had meaning.
Me and the Blog:
I am someone who likes to record things; I want to vent about things that happen. A long time ago I started thinking, if I record everything that happens in life, after a few years, after decades, looking back at the old articles, I would feel nostalgic and also accomplished, so I got into blog systems.
The earliest blogs I followed around 2017 include Dreamlike Dawn Wind, Romantic Chinese Style, Kick Road, and so on. Many of them I found through mutual links. I also really liked Dreamlike Dawn Wind's way of recording; it seems there is a nest of records online, so long ago I also made a blog. But because I was lazy and in high school staying at a dorm without electronic devices, I couldn't maintain it.
When I went to university, I chose automotive engineering. But I actually prefer the Internet direction, so I kept tinkering with computer-related things; the more I progressed, the more I found that some of what was learned would be hard to remember. For example, the frontend basics I'm currently learning; many of the knowledge I can't remember, so I picked up again the idea of making a blog to record what I've learned. I considered CSDN, Juejin, but I always felt that the articles' data weren't mine, it felt odd; having my own little corner would be cool. So I took action and now have the current
Direction of the Diary:
Let me call the blog a diary for now! Because I'm currently filing, and the person handling the filing said the site can't include words like blog, so from now on I will call my little site a diary! My diary aims to casually vent about things that happen in life, to record what happened, and to write down the knowledge I learned in the diary so I can review it later. Currently the diary's domain is huhouse.cc; because I can't wait for the filing, I started with the old domain. The new domain yuano.cc is in filing; I expect the filing number to be issued soon, in about one to two weeks. When the new domain's filing is complete, I will switch to the new domain immediately. For now I'll keep using the old one. I hope the Diary site can become a record of my life—something I can look back on and savor endlessly…
